Salary: £75,000.00 – £111,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Own the analytics analysis cycle from design to delivery, interpreting findings from marketing campaigns for European stakeholders.
• Identify valuable patterns and insights across European Marketing teams to drive organizational improvements.
• Influence data-driven decisions on marketing investments and strategy for European marketing.
• Collaborate across offices to establish standard reporting, analytics, and data standards.
• Drive recommendations and optimization solutions for automating data collection.
• Analyze data using statistics to solve business problems, including A/B testing recommendations.

Requirements

• Eight to eleven years of relevant professional experience or equivalent expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent applicable experience.
• 4+ years of analytics experience in the Marketing domain.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Expert user of SQL for data analysis.
• Excellent statistics background and ability to explain analytical methodologies simply.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar web analytics tools.
• Experience with modern programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Experience in marketing optimization methodologies such as A/B testing.
