What you will do
- Design, test, and optimise automated email/SMS journeys via Klaviyo.
- Launch high-performing weekly campaigns that drive conversion and retention.
- Own churn analytics and use insights to reduce cancellation rates.
- Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Growth teams to align messaging across the funnel.
- Contribute to brand storytelling with customer-focused content and experiences.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo in a D2C environment.
- A track record of scaling lifecycle marketing, ideally in subscription-based consumables.
- Strong data analysis and segmentation skills.
- Confidence to lead CRM strategy and take full ownership of results.
- Curiosity and initiative – you're proactive, not reactive.
