What you will do

• Translate brand and product strategies into actionable integrated campaign plans across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Lead day-to-day execution and coordination of integrated campaigns ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to maintain cohesive storytelling and campaign excellence.
• Communicate insights, risks, and recommendations effectively with senior partners.
• Evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.; Eastern Time Zone preferred
• 9+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or campaign management.
• Proven ability to lead 360° campaigns from strategy to execution with measurable impact.
• Strong communication and organizational skills managing multiple complex workstreams.
• Experience working with creative and media agencies.
• Passion for wellness, technology, and purpose-driven brands preferred.
