What you will do

• Write and maintain product documentation including user guides, API documentation, and technical specs.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Establish and improve documentation processes and best practices.
• Produce clear, concise, and user-centered documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Review and edit documentation from other team members for clarity and consistency.
• Continuously update documentation as products evolve.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher
• Remote work format
• 5+ years of technical writing experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Basic understanding of software development, APIs, and web technologies.
• Experience with documentation tools like Markdown, Confluence, GitHub, and version control systems.
