Location: This is a hybrid role requiring employees to work in the office a minimum of three days per week in one of the following locations: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.

Salary: $70,000–$210,000 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Continuously develop an understanding of the market and the transformative effects of AI, data, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Execute the editorial vision for hirify.global, ensuring content aligns with the mission and core messaging across multi-media channels.
• Author thought leadership pieces, reports, and other editorial content.
• Maintain editorial standards for clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all publications.
• Support the newsroom by extending and expanding coverage wins with derivative narratives.
• Conceive, script, and produce multimedia content assets, collaborating with marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in journalism, marketing, or business, or English/communications with technical-domain work experience.
• 5+ years of technical writing and/or editorial experience, ideally in IT, cybersecurity, or networking domains.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with an understanding of journalistic principles and storytelling.
• Experience with product storytelling and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong understanding of content management systems, digital asset management systems, and web publishing technologies.
• Proven track record of developing and driving content projects from kick-off to completion.

Nice to have

• Experience in vendor-side product marketing, tech analysis, and/or tech journalism.
• Experience working with weekly or daily content delivery in media.
