What you will do

• Redefine how AI capabilities are presented to professionals and students to strengthen brand voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with user journey and business goals.
• Drive content narrative across web and in-product touchpoints including onboarding and activation.
• Conduct rapid A/B testing and iterate content to optimize user sign-up and engagement.
• Translate business objectives into growth opportunities and cohesive content roadmaps.
• Partner with user researchers to ensure content resonates with target audiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or work within US compensation zones.
• 5+ years experience in content design, brand or UX writing with strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience collaborating with product designers using Figma.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to implement feedback and work independently.
• Passion for AI and productivity industry with growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
