Location: Remote from South America. Required overlap with 8am to 12pm PT. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in their country of residence; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Shape assignments into detailed briefs for AI execution, focusing on clarity and outcome connection.
• Execute content production via AI pipelines, managing inputs and reviewing research for content generation.
• Maintain high-quality standards for all published content, ensuring brand voice, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze content performance to identify drivers of results, spot patterns, and provide insights to Account Strategists.
• Shape AI workflow design by refining context, suggesting improvements, and documenting best practices for 100% perfect outputs.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities in content processes to eliminate manual work and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong editorial taste and judgment with a high quality bar for content.
• Obsession with content performance, understanding SEO and AEO to drive brand visibility and organic growth.
• Ability to maintain speed without sacrificing quality, leveraging systems and templates efficiently.
• Deep understanding of how AI works, including prompts, context windows, and input shaping.
• Systems thinker who can identify patterns, diagnose issues, and improve inputs for compounded results.
• Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console, including keyword research.

Nice to have

• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Webflow).
• Background in content operations or editorial workflow management.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Linear, ClickUp).
