What you will do

• Shape assignments from strategy into detailed briefs for AI execution, ensuring minimal editing and customer outcome connection.
• Execute content production through AI pipelines, managing inputs, context, and artifacts from draft through to published state.
• Maintain the quality bar, ensuring everything published exceeds customer standards, brand voice, and accuracy.
• Analyze content performance to identify what drives results, spot patterns, and feed insights back to Account Strategists.
• Shape the design of AI workflows to produce better outputs by refining context and suggesting improvements.
• Identify automation opportunities in existing content processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Account Strategists and team members to implement workflow solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements

• Strong editorial taste and judgment, knowing what good content looks like and how to enforce quality.
• Deep understanding of SEO, AEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
• Ability to work with speed without sacrificing quality, leveraging systems and templates.
• Deep understanding of how AI works, including prompts, context windows, and input shaping.
• Systems thinker, identifying patterns and improving inputs to solve consistent issues.
• Obsessed with details that matter, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency while being pragmatic.
• Focus on outcomes that drive results for customers, not just outputs.
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• Available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST.
• Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country of residence.

Nice to have

• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Webflow) and publishing platforms.
• Background in content operations or editorial workflow management.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Linear, ClickUp).
