What you will do

• Identify and manage new business opportunities in the Spanish defense sector focused on UAV technology and government procurement.
• Lead bid preparation and submission ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to position hirify.global solutions within the defense ecosystem.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and procurement frameworks to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance teams to align business objectives.
• Negotiate and manage contracts securing favorable terms and successful project execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or procurement within the defense sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish defense ecosystem including procurement processes and key stakeholders.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in UAV/drone industry or government procurement is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel within Spain and internationally.
