What you will do

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring effective Agile implementation.
• Oversee sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve impediments to maintain team focus and productivity.
• Support Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.
• Ensure clear communication across the squad and broader teams.
• Assist onboarding new team members into the Agile framework.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously.
• Curious, proactive, and critical thinker.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with standard security protocols such as SAML2, OIDC.
