What you will do

• Serve as main contact for functional queries from users and IT teams
• Diagnose and resolve functional issues and maintain detailed documentation
• Engage with business users to refine and document requirements and workflows
• Manage system modifications and develop reports/data extractions using SQL
• Support IT in reviewing functional requirements and develop QA/UAT testing plans
• Collaborate with users and developers to design effective solutions

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Proficient in SQL and agile methodologies (Jira experience beneficial)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in global and local teams
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills

Nice to have

• Experience in operational, financial, and regulatory reporting
• Previous experience in the banking sector
