What you will do

Facilitate the Agile development process and Scrum ceremonies.
Guide and coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum framework adherence.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to manage product backlog.
Identify and remove impediments hindering team progress.
Promote continuous improvement and a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Location: Lisboa, Portugal.
