What you will do

• Contribute to the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and feedback.
• Lead projects across cross-functional teams.
• Build intuitive and performant web interfaces for business owners in Africa.
• Implement IT security and data protection best practices in a regulated environment.
• Identify and automate internal process improvements.
• Communicate feature updates internally and externally.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or Paris.
• Experience in VC-backed or high-growth engineering teams building customer-facing products.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend web development best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with ambiguity.
• Passion for solving problems faced by African businesses.

Nice to have

• French speaking.
