What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and performant applications across the stack.
• Build rich, accessible, and responsive frontend user experiences.
• Develop and own backend services and APIs that power the product ecosystem, including authentication, banking, and compliance integrations.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Drive improvements in code quality, developer experience, and system reliability.
• Champion best practices in testing, observability, and deployment for full-stack systems.

Requirements

• Strong fullstack fundamentals with proficiency in TypeScript, React (or similar frameworks), and Node.js/NestJS.
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred) and designing clean, efficient APIs.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines) and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with secure coding and data privacy principles, ideally in fintech or other regulated domains.
• A collaborative, product-focused mindset, caring about user experience as much as system performance.
