What you will do

• Design and implement scalable systems powering equity management workflows and financial reporting
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver polished user experiences
• Participate in architecture discussions and maintain engineering standards
• Take ownership of key features and technical direction within the Ledgy platform
• Mentor engineers and share expertise in automation, data modeling, and scalability

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB
• Strong collaboration skills and experience with pair programming
• English language proficiency at least B2
• Ability to work remotely or hybrid from London or Zurich

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and tRPC
• Interest in fintech, equity management, and financial compliance
