What you will do
- Design and build agentic LLM systems automating manual processes and transforming customer interactions.
- Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery using frameworks like LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
- Deploy and monitor AI models in production with tools such as MLflow, FastAPI, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, marketing, product, and data teams to prioritize AI initiatives.
- Ensure AI safety, explainability, and compliance in production environments.
- Drive innovation through experimentation and continuous learning aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Karnataka, India or able to work hybrid from there
- 3+ years professional software engineering experience, preferably in Python and Kotlin.
- Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered tools or agents.
- Hands-on expertise with LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, and orchestration.
- Experience with model deployment, versioning, and monitoring in production environments.
- Comfortable with full-stack development to integrate AI solutions end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of AI safety, privacy, bias, and evaluation methodologies.
