What you will do

• Engage with clients to understand their problems, needs, and technical environments.
• Architect and build scalable AI systems from data ingestion to model training, serving, and monitoring.
• Apply best practices in MLOps/LLMOps including testing, monitoring, and reliability.
• Build and integrate AI services and APIs into applications collaborating with product and full-stack teams.
• Design and build scalable data pipelines and data lakes as needed.
• Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly to maximize model and system performance.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a Machine Learning or AI Engineer.
• Proven ability to architect, build, train, and deploy production-grade AI models.
• Experience with Python, JS/TS, Go, and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Comfortable operating across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and tools like Vertex AI, SageMaker, or Databricks.
• Strong understanding of MLOps/LLMOps best practices and scalable data infrastructure.
• Proven experience in consulting or client-facing roles managing expectations and timelines.

Nice to have

• Strong foundation in statistics, data science, or experiment design.
• Experience in fintech, healthcare, and ecommerce industries.
• Experience building full stack web or mobile applications.
• Experience fine-tuning or serving large language models.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or container orchestration for ML workloads.
