TL;DR

Enterprise Client Success Manager (SaaS): Manage and grow enterprise client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure revenue retention with an accent on strategic consulting and client advocacy. Focus on building strong partnerships with marketing stakeholders, leading onboarding and training, and maintaining high client satisfaction and retention metrics.

Location: New York, United States (onsite)

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 base with a 15% performance bonus (USD)

What you will do

  • Act as primary contact for day-to-day client interactions and collaborate with global client partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with director and VP-level marketing stakeholders to drive satisfaction and renewals.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and workshops to maximize product value and adoption.
  • Provide strategic consulting to align client and company KPIs and solve challenges.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain Gross Revenue Retention target above 95%.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver client solutions and relay feedback.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in New York, United States (onsite)
  • 4+ years experience in enterprise customer success or account management.
  • Experience working with marketing, branding, or advertising teams.
  • Previous SaaS company experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with executive audiences.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and analytics tools.
