What you will do

• Maintain and troubleshoot audio-visual and conferencing equipment in meeting rooms.
• Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues to employees.
• Assist with IT setup and offboarding for new joiners and leavers.
• Collaborate with facilities management to support office IT infrastructure and network connectivity.
• Monitor recurring IT problems and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams or vendors.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in London, United Kingdom.
• Experience in IT support within an office environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Mac products, and JAMF is advantageous.
• Strong hardware, software, and networking knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
