What you will do

• Act as subject matter expert resolving complex service issues and managing escalations.
• Lead recovery efforts during incidents and outages to minimize disruption.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying service delivery gaps and implementing solutions.
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering principles using automation and software tools.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across various technologies.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with minimum 40% presence in Dundee office
• Strong background in IT Operations or Service Management with ITIL knowledge.
• Ability to manage incidents under pressure with clear communication.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure services, REST API integrations, and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with certificate management and mTLS authentication.
• Familiarity with financial products and regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of Dynatrace monitoring and FNZ Wrap Platform.
