What you will do
- Act as subject matter expert resolving complex service issues and managing escalations.
- Lead recovery efforts during incidents and outages to minimize disruption.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying service delivery gaps and implementing solutions.
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering principles using automation and software tools.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across various technologies.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work with minimum 40% presence in Dundee office
- Strong background in IT Operations or Service Management with ITIL knowledge.
- Ability to manage incidents under pressure with clear communication.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure services, REST API integrations, and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with certificate management and mTLS authentication.
- Familiarity with financial products and regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of Dynatrace monitoring and FNZ Wrap Platform.
