What you will do

• Provide customer-focused technical support to local users on a mix of Mac & Windows devices.
• Support and troubleshoot a wide range of market-leading SaaS applications and tools (Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, InTune, Slack, Atlassian).
• Partner with the Workplace Experience team to maintain office technology, including desk setups, conference rooms, WiFi, and digital signage.
• Support and assist with events and AV technology throughout the office.
• Assist with the onboarding of new joiners, ensuring access and hardware are provided and hosting IT inductions.
• Manage local inventory and IT stock levels, ensuring all items are recorded and tracked appropriately.

Requirements

• Experience and exposure to supporting both Apple OS and Windows devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix laptop hardware, upgrade components, and support peripherals/accessories.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with a good attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
• Customer service mindset.
• Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and databases is preferred.
• Knowledge of Cloud environments would be desirable.
• English: Fluent required.
