What you will do
- Qualify and follow up on marketing qualified leads and ensure smooth handoff to sales for demos
- Configure and manage AI prospecting agents for inbound and outbound outreach
- Develop and execute personalized account-based marketing campaigns and messaging
- Build pre-event outreach strategies and manage organic social media presence
- Attend large events in person to support sales team presence
- Create sales enablement materials including email copy and competitive intelligence
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in Portugal and located within 0-2 hours travel distance of Lisbon
- Native-level English fluency with strong writing skills in British English
- 3-5+ years experience in B2B marketing, ABM, or sales development preferably in SaaS or enterprise tech
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, HubSpot preferred
- Comfortable working in a flexible hybrid setup
- Ability to manage AI tools and data-driven marketing strategies
