What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, focusing on coaching and career development.
• Coordinate conception, adaptation, and implementation of developer experience tools and internal platforms like developer portals and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure adherence to technical governance, cloud native best practices, security, and compliance.
• Define and optimize end-to-end developer workflows within the STACKIT Cloud environment.
• Set strategic direction for scalability and adoption of new cloud technologies for the DevExp platform.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Barcelona, Spain
• Excellent knowledge of Golang and experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience or strong interest in technical team leadership and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Business fluent English required; German is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, communicative, and organizational skills with a team-oriented mindset.
