What you will do

• Lead and manage a frontend engineering team, including recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and personal development.
• Communicate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to discuss and implement business requirements.
• Contribute to product development by implementing custom web components and micro-frontend architecture.
• Proactively contribute to solution development and process improvements.
• Participate in decision-making processes for application architecture, solution development, and code review.
• Suggest and evaluate technologies and approaches, deciding on their adoption with the team.

Requirements

• Experience in frontend software development for more than 5 years.
• At least 1 year of team management or Scrum Master experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Agile, Scrum methodology.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge and experience across frontend development with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue).
