What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing for IT products and services including hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
• Drive the negotiation of enterprise agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and contracts.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and cost avoidance through effective negotiation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (IT leadership, legal, finance, business units).
• Evaluate and enhance sourcing processes, tools (like Coupa), and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, with a focus on enterprise-level negotiations.
• Experience negotiating Enterprise Agreements with at least two of the following vendors is required: AWS (mandatory), Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Workday, and Cisco.
• Proven track record of successful contract negotiation, vendor management, and cost optimization.
• Experience in developing procurement best practices and implementing procure-to-pay (P2P) systems like Coupa or Ariba.
• Strong proficiency in English language (written and verbal) is required.
