Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Driving product initiatives from conception through roadmap prioritization to execution across a global trading platform with an accent on identifying product gaps, optimizing execution, and launching new features. Focus on bridging business strategy with engineering and delivering exceptional trading capabilities for sophisticated retail traders.

Location: Remote globally, with a beyond-border remote working policy allowing work from any country.

What you will do

Research competitors and utilize client feedback to identify product gaps and opportunities for the exchange.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to optimize the execution of the product roadmap.
Regularly launch new products and features, assess their performance, and iterate further.
Oversee and own the full delivery process from idea generation to execution, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
Act as the crucial cross-functional link between business strategy and engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support teams.

Requirements

5+ years of Product Development / Management experience within trading, financial products or FinTech space.
Bachelors or Masters Degree (Sciences, Engineering preferred).
Ability to translate customer needs into business objectives and product requirements.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Derivative trading knowledge is required.
