What you will do

• Design and maintain conceptual and logical data models based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business entities and their relationships.
• Translate business processes into data structures using clear modelling standards.
• Work with analysts, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment between models.
• Support data governance and data management activities including ownership, definitions, and standards.
• Share knowledge and help improve best practices and modelling frameworks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Netherlands.
• 2–5 years of experience in data modelling or related roles.
• Familiarity with data modelling methodologies and standards (e.g., Ensemble, Dimensional, Relational, Data vault, Kimball, Inmon, Graph).
• Experience with data lineage, data architecture, SQL, data warehousing, BI, and reporting environments.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English.
• Ability to set up governance structures around data models and strong abstract thinking.

• Experience with digital tooling for modelling.
