TL;DR

Associate Solution Consultant (ServiceNow/Salesforce): Supporting hirify.global's strategic partners by designing, demonstrating, and enabling integrated cloud contact center solutions with ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms, with an accent on technical storytelling and creating reusable content. Focus on mastering multiple platforms, understanding API integrations, and translating business challenges into technical use cases.

Location: Remote in the United States. For candidates residing within 50 miles of the San Ramon office, this role is hybrid (3 days/week in office).

Salary: $48,300 - $112,300 USD

What you will do

  • Support strategic ISV, SI, and Tech Alliance initiatives, especially for ServiceNow and Salesforce.
  • Become a subject matter expert on hirify.global's integrations with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and related technologies.
  • Assist with solution design and demos, translating business challenges into integrated use cases.
  • Build reusable enablement assets like guides, overviews, and internal documentation.
  • Create and maintain partner-facing content, including slide decks and overview documents.
  • Produce short-form educational videos (how-tos, walkthroughs, demo recordings).

Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional experience in a technical, functional, support, sales, or consulting role (internships/co-ops/projects count).
  • Exposure to ServiceNow or Salesforce, with ServiceNow strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle hard work and a steep learning curve, comfortable with documentation and troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical acumen, enjoying understanding how systems, APIs, and integrations work.
  • Excellent people skills for in-person and remote communication.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for explaining technical concepts through demos and content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex topics in plain language.
  • Strong organization and follow-through, creating structured, reusable assets.
  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience creating or editing videos with Camtasia or other tools.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, or automation in ServiceNow or Salesforce.
  • Prior exposure to contact center, CX, or telecom concepts.
