TL;DR

Junior Integrations Associate (Fintech/Insurtech): Supporting and maintaining integrations with financial service providers for a benefits platform with an accent on ensuring data flow reliability and system uptime. Focus on troubleshooting integration issues, onboarding new partners, and proactively improving integration processes.

Location: Remote, with an option to work from the office in Dublin or a co-working space globally

What you will do

  • Participate in governance meetings to monitor integration performance and identify issues early.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve integration problems, ensuring smooth system operation and minimal user impact.
  • Support the onboarding of new insurers and financial providers from setup to testing.
  • Keep integration documentation organized, accurate, and easy for internal teams to use.
  • Work closely with Benefits, Compliance, Engineering, and Carrier Partnerships teams to share updates and capture requirements.
  • Proactively look for ways to improve integration management processes for efficiency and scalability.
