What you will do
- Participate in governance meetings to monitor integration performance and identify issues early.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve integration problems, ensuring smooth system operation and minimal user impact.
- Support the onboarding of new insurers and financial providers from setup to testing.
- Keep integration documentation organized, accurate, and easy for internal teams to use.
- Work closely with Benefits, Compliance, Engineering, and Carrier Partnerships teams to share updates and capture requirements.
- Proactively look for ways to improve integration management processes for efficiency and scalability.
