What you will do

• Lead architecture and design decisions for secure, scalable solutions aligned with customer needs and best practices.
• Design and develop fullstack applications integrating data pipelines, AI/ML models, and user interfaces.
• Deliver production-grade systems from data ingestion through AI model integration to user-facing applications.
• Embed with customer teams to understand challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Field Engineering to ensure seamless customer journeys.
• Contribute reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices to scale impact and influence product roadmap.

Requirements

• Location: Singapore or Sydney, Australia
• Strong software engineering background across backend, frontend, and systems integration.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java/Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and AI code generation tools.
• Proven ability to deliver technical solutions in enterprise environments with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and executive stakeholders.
