M&A Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office) in Alphen aan den Rijn (NL), Madrid, or London.

What you will do

• Process and review M&A opportunities.
• Build and model business cases with business teams.
• Write management reporting.
• Coordinate due diligence teams and manage external advisors.
• Conduct valuations and engage in discussions with advisors and investors.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience at a private equity firm, an investment Bank/M&A boutique, or financial Due Diligence practice.
• Demonstrated extensive experience in financial modelling.
• Familiarity with Software / SaaS businesses.
• Strong analytical abilities and a good understanding of financial statements.
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills (C1).
• Next level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
