What you will do

• Reconcile client funds and outbound payments across hirify.global’s bank accounts and back office systems.
• Investigate unallocated/non-received funds and manage rejections or escalations.
• Fund client trades and verify remitter bank account data.
• Assign currency accounts to clients in accordance with guidelines.
• Instruct and verify client payments and complete payment beneficiaries according to internal processes and SLAs.
• Manage and resolve payment issues and queries related to SWIFT and domestic payments, including processing SWIFT query messages.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proactive, diligent, with good attention to detail and effective research skills.
• Good communication skills and a good level of English, both written and verbal.
• Co-operative, comfortable working in a team environment.
• Curious and eager to learn, actively asking questions to confirm understanding.
• Motivated, with a desire to contribute to hirify.global's success.
• Ideally speak Spanish, although any other languages will be an asset.
