Trade Support Junior Analyst

Focus on troubleshooting issues, supporting system usage for traders, and coordinating with technical teams.

What you will do

• Provide Front Office trade support for power and gas desks during and after the Orchestrade migration.
• Monitor trade flows, position data, and PnL consistency across systems.
• Perform daily production checks and troubleshoot issues, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Support traders on system usage, trade capture, pricing, and workflows.
• Ensure smooth end-of-day processes and address time-critical incidents.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years experience in Front Office support, Application Support, or ETRM related roles.
• Strong technical foundation: SQL, Linux or Unix, and Shell scripting.
• Experience with Orchestrade or another ETRM platform (Endur, Allegro, RightAngle, etc.).
• Exposure to US power or gas markets.
• Ability to work under pressure in a trading floor environment.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• English: B2 required.

• Python.

• Previous experience in an energy trading or financial Front Office environment.
