What you will do

• Lead and influence across R&D to drive business value for hirify.global and restaurant customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to drive strategic direction for hirify.global’s AI-enabled products.
• Shape and execute the vision of the ML Platform with leaders from Data Science, ML Engineering, and Platform teams.
• Break down larger ML initiatives into smaller problems and lead the team to execute on them.
• Coach and mentor data scientists and ML engineers for career growth.
• Build out and expand hirify.global’s AI product portfolio.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience leading Data Science & ML Engineering teams.
• Prior success deploying machine learning solutions in large-scale production environments.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical foundations of statistics and machine learning.
• Demonstrated excellence in relevant AI/ML discipline (Computer Vision, NLP) with experience in Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, PyTorch.
• Knowledge of ML fundamentals: algorithm families, AB testing, hypothesis testing, and optimization.
