What you will do

• Lead rollout of collaboration and Enterprise GenAI capabilities including pilots, training, and change management.
• Design and implement automations such as scripts, workflows, chatbots, and AI agents to streamline IT service operations.
• Build monitoring and alerting systems; lead incident, problem, and change management to reduce MTTR.
• Define SLAs/SLOs, measure CSAT and operational metrics, and conduct service reviews for continuous improvement.
• Serve as technical escalation point for complex issues and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Champion self-service and AI virtual agents to improve user experience and operational velocity.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years of IT engineering or service delivery experience.
• ITIL 4 Foundations certification is required.
• Advanced Python scripting skills with experience in automation frameworks and API/webhook integrations.
• Experience with AI and automation platforms including security and governance guardrails.
• Ability to lead incident, problem, and change management processes and use data to drive improvements.
• Strong leadership and program/project management skills.
