What you will do

• Apply practical Security principles and AI-native strategies to design and develop secure systems balancing business and engineering needs.
• Architect and own AI-native workflows to support the Data Security team.
• Lead and deliver large-scale projects enforcing Security & Privacy standards for product and market expansion.
• Design and implement scalable customer data governance frameworks enabling Security and Privacy by design.
• Reconcile platform and security requirements to empower global engineering teams.
• Mentor and support junior team members' growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA for remote work.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong system design and CAP theorem knowledge.
• Experience with Authentication, Authorization, Data Security, and Privacy best practices.
• Proficiency in Golang and Python programming languages.
• Proven leadership in delivering complex projects and high-quality software.

Nice to have

• Ability to translate business problems into technical deliverables.
• Experience prioritizing and managing business tradeoffs to meet objectives.
• Experience leading small teams on multi-quarter projects.
