hirify.global is partnering with a global jewelry manufacturer to expand its Data & Analytics Department.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from scoping to post-launch support, defining scope, estimates, staffing needs, and detailed plans.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across product teams, engineering, D&A specialists, and business stakeholders.
• Report progress to D&A leadership and contribute to broader portfolio governance processes.
• Support staffing activities, including facilitating the recruitment and onboarding of external consultants.
• Enable effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams (architects, data/business analysts, engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and MLOps specialists).
• Contribute to requirements definition, providing hands-on support when needed to ensure clarity and feasibility.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid), ensuring work is well structured and efficiently executed.
• Oversee quality assurance, including coordination of end-to-end testing, UAT, deliverable reviews, and adherence to standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the retail or e-commerce domain.
• Experience with Analytics, Data products, Data concepts, platform technologies, data governance, architecture, digital platforms, and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams across functions.
