What you will do

  • Act as primary contact for B2B/enterprise customers throughout the customer lifecycle from launch to renewal.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and success by managing escalations and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Monitor customer progress toward key results and identify risks and opportunities for growth.
  • Drive adoption of hirify.global features and represent customer needs internally across multiple teams.
  • Deliver executive reports and collaborate cross-functionally to align platform capabilities with customer strategies.
  • Develop and execute success strategies and identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of customer success experience managing customer relationships.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently during APAC business hours (SGT/ACT/IST).
  • Experience with SaaS, APIs, and fintech, especially broker-dealer business.
  • Comfortable managing relationships across companies of various sizes.
  • Strong alignment with hirify.global's mission to open financial services globally.
  • Team player with ownership mindset and flexibility to support company growth.
