What you will do
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, managing timelines and coordinating internal teams.
- Oversee key commercial workflows including billing updates, payment coordination, and service renewals.
- Maintain portfolio-level visibility, monitoring deadlines, deliverable status, and usage patterns.
- Identify clients with emerging needs and collaborate with the tax team on upsell opportunities.
- Support internal stakeholders by preparing data summaries and analyzing client portfolio insights.
- Collaborate with hirify.global’s tax operations team to implement service workflows that improve client experience and drive adoption.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles (customer success, account management, operations, or professional services).
- Exceptional organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects and client portfolios.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working in a scaling, fast-paced environment where processes are constantly evolving.
- Comfortable learning new tools and workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience working with sophisticated clients or high-complexity setups (e.g., high-net-worth individuals, multi-entity structures).
