What you will do

  • Own and execute smooth onboarding processes, workshops, and trainings to maximize product adoption.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key account stakeholders and collaborate closely with sales.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer business processes and advocate for their needs internally.
  • Create and implement strategic account development plans with KPIs and long-term value realization.
  • Monitor customer health to proactively manage risks and prevent churn.
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals.
  • Track and report key performance metrics to customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Zurich, Switzerland
  • Several years of experience in Customer Success or Key Account Management in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across organizational levels.
  • Proactive problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Professional English and German proficiency suitable for B2B communication.
