What you will do
- Maintain meaningful engagement with clients as the key point of contact for inquiries
- Coach users on hirify.global’s terminal, Excel add-in, API, and data integration
- Support commercial teams in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Align client goals with hirify.global’s objectives proactively
- Improve customer success processes including knowledge base and support tools
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to maximize client solution usage
Requirements
- Location: Remote work from Japan
- 2+ years of customer success management experience in maritime or shipping
- Experience with B2B customers managing large user bases and ARR
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Empathy and strong relationship-building skills
- Adaptability to needs of physical trading houses and energy majors
