What you will do

  • Maintain meaningful engagement with clients as the key point of contact for inquiries
  • Coach users on hirify.global’s terminal, Excel add-in, API, and data integration
  • Support commercial teams in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Align client goals with hirify.global’s objectives proactively
  • Improve customer success processes including knowledge base and support tools
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to maximize client solution usage

Requirements

  • Location: Remote work from Japan
  • 2+ years of customer success management experience in maritime or shipping
  • Experience with B2B customers managing large user bases and ARR
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Empathy and strong relationship-building skills
  • Adaptability to needs of physical trading houses and energy majors
