What you will do

• Manage and motivate a team of 7-8 engineers, including recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and personal development planning.
• Communicate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to discuss and implement business requirements.
• Develop products and implement components for modern software development environments, including cloud-based platforms and microservice architecture.
• Proactively contribute to solution development and process improvements.
• Participate in decision-making processes for application architecture design and improvement, solution development, and code reviews.
• Suggest and decide on technologies to use in collaboration with the team.

Requirements

• Experience in backend software development for more than 5 years.
• At least 1 year of team management or Scrum Master experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with an Agile mindset.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and API integrations.
