What you will do

• Actively handle customer inquiries and issues via Zendesk and social media channels.
• Identify bugs and glitches reported by customers and effectively communicate them to the tech team.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal and external documentation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• 1+ years of experience with Zendesk (or similar tools).
• English: B2 level required.
• Technically oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Empathetic and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
• Creative mindset with a proactive attitude toward finding solutions.
