TL;DR

GTM Enablement Partner: Building and delivering enablement programs for sales teams within the NAMER region, with an accent on driving performance through programmatic design and implementation. Focus on developing regional enablement strategies, designing and delivering training sessions, and monitoring program effectiveness.

Location: Remote - Canada (currently authorized to hire candidates from Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Saskatchewan only)

Salary: $109,200—$147,800 CAD annual

What you will do

• Develop and execute regional enablement strategies aligned with global goals.
• Design, deliver, and manage enablement programs for sales teams.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to align programs with priorities and targets.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop training sessions and e-learning modules.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching, and manage regional budgets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or sales enablement or training
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of GTM Sales Plays, sales processes, and methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with enablement tools (e.g., Highspot platform).
• Experience with Sales Competency frameworks (e.g., SPICED) and individual skills assessments.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS company.
