What you will do

• Partner with product, design, research, marketing, and engineering teams to establish content strategy.
• Ensure consistency across features, AI agents, and AI experiences within the product platform.
• Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for UI elements, education, emails, and notifications.
• Build messaging frameworks and competitive audits to support content strategy rationale and educate teams.
• Evangelize the Content Design function, contributing to platform voice, tone, and strategic decision-making.
• Align with cross-functional peers on product goals, balancing business goals, user goals, and user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Content Designer, Content Strategist, or in a related role writing product copy for web/mobile interfaces.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and content strategy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of common design patterns and UX principles.
• Proven experience in content-led projects and other highly-complex product work.
• Ability to successfully collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Figma proficiency.
• A portfolio of writing samples.
