What you will do

  • Own the full hiring process from outreach to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Source and identify top talent across multiple platforms to build a diverse pipeline.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Conduct structured interviews and facilitate debriefs assessing skills and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements and job descriptions.
  • Use data and analytics to track pipeline health and improve hiring processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience or strong interest in full-cycle recruiting and talent sourcing.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
  • Comfort using ATS and data tools to support recruitment decisions.
  • Degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field preferred.
