What you will do

• Build high-quality, well-tested code improving performance, scalability, and user experience of the SaaS product.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to translate requirements into balanced features.
• Engage in code reviews fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Contribute to architectural and product discussions shaping the platform's future.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany or have EU work authorization.
• 2+ years experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Postgres, AWS, and Git.
• Experience writing automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Comfortable working in small agile teams and startup environments.
• Confidence in mentoring peers and sharing knowledge.
• Curious and eager to explore new technologies and modern architecture patterns.

Nice to have

• Startup or climate tech experience.
• Familiarity with monorepos, microservices, and message queues.
• Advanced Node.js and Postgres skills.
• Data-driven and product-first mindset with UI/UX focus.
• Test-Driven Development mindset.
• Interest in Circular Economy.
• German language skills (B2+).
