Location: Hybrid work in Barcelona, Spain with office-first approach (80%-20%)
Salary: 60,500 EUR annually (base 55,000 EUR + variable up to 5,500 EUR)

What you will do
- Build and own new IT management product features end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Collaborate closely with the team to establish goals and plan quarterly roadmaps.
- Participate in customer calls to understand user pains and needs.
- Review code daily and provide feedback to team members, including juniors.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to help the team grow.
- Contribute to technical discussions on performance, architecture, and quality.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in Barcelona with hybrid schedule (office-first 80%-20%)
- English: Comfortable communicating in English (B2 level minimum)
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails backend development.
- Solid frontend skills in React, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud technologies.
- Several years of software engineering experience, preferably senior level.
