Salary: $118,000–$136,000

What you will do

• Provide implementation consultation, training, and advice to customers on hirify.global features and architectural design best-practices.
• Oversee planning, tracking, and completion of all implementation tasks during customer technical onboarding.
• Manage resource allocations, budget, and reporting for project status and capacity.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, coordinating with respective teams.
• Synthesize and communicate customer product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Solution Architects to ensure successful customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in technical consulting, project/program management, or Solution Engineering at a SaaS company.
• This is a customer-facing role with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key technical contacts.
• Experience delivering digital projects using APIs (REST, GraphQL) and/or content management systems.
• Experience working with agile SDLC project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field).
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Awareness of programming languages (Javascript, Ruby, Node, .NET, Swift, Java, Python, PHP) and web/mobile technologies (Next.js, Angular, React, Gatsby, Kotlin, SDKs).
