What you will do

• Assist with scoping, configuring, and launching tailored AI agents for enterprise customers.
• Learn and make basic updates directly in hirify.global’s AI toolset under guidance.
• Collect customer feedback, understand operational workflows, and document requirements for product updates.
• Manage timelines, follow-ups, and task tracking across teams and customers.
• Investigate customer-reported issues, identify root causes, and recommend changes based on analysis.
• Help maintain playbooks and SOPs for repeatable AI deployments and provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Recent graduate – 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, project coordination, business analysis, or technical support (SaaS preferred).
• A technical background or interest in IT, computer science, information systems, engineering, or analytics.
• Ability to learn and make light configuration or code changes.
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and willingness to take ownership.
• Curiosity about AI technologies, business process automation, and enterprise operations.
