Location: Hybrid: Rotterdam HQ (minimum 3 days a week onsite) + remote

What you will do
- Analyze financial and user data, including LTV, CAC, ARPU, cohorts, and retention.
- Develop scenarios for new business models and business cases (e.g., subscriptions, partnerships).
- Identify patterns in user behavior and revenue streams (conversion, retention, per city).
- Collaborate with management and finance for financial modeling and commercial strategy.
- Turn data insights into concrete strategic recommendations for business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business strategy, finance, or growth analytics.
- Available to work at the Rotterdam office 3 days a week (minimum).
- Strong analytical background, combining data and finance expertise.
- Familiar with KPIs such as LTV, CAC, ARPU, retention, and cohort analysis.
- Comfortable working with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau/Looker, and Python (a plus).
- Strong communicator, able to present and visualize complex analyses clearly.
